Le Bonheur sleeps 8-10 (plus cot) in its four twin/king bedrooms (also has a separate bedroom area upstairs with another 3 twin beds). In addition to the the new Master en-suite with walk-in shower and patio doors to the pool, it also has two lovely bathrooms and a modern stunning 6x9m kitchen with the latest appliances, all set around a central island. Cot, highchair and linen are provided for your use.

  The Originality of the properties’ 18th Century heritage has been combined tastefully with the very latest in modern amenities and technology. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large American Style fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser, microwave, washing machine, 55-inch LED full HDTV, HD FreeSat TV, Blu-ray/DVD, CD players, Hi-Fi, full-size BBQ, high quality outdoor Table Tennis. The local town for your baguette and croissant needs is Taillecavat, which is a short walk away. The pretty Bastide towns of Duras, Monségur, & Eymet, with their vibrant weekly markets, are only a few minutes by car - If you can drag yourself away from the lovely private pool with its fabulous panoramic views over the local countryside, then there is so much to do. The areas boasts excellent restaurants, vineyards, wine-tasting, shops, golf, tennis, riding, fishing and enchanting local French markets. St Emilion is around 40 mins, with Bordeaux & its 115 kms of beaches around an hour.
